You can make a direct booking, using our website platform, within our bank's secure environment. You will need to pay a deposit, 20% of the total accommodation cost, to secure the booking and another 80%, 1 month prior arrival. Alternatively, you can contact us and fill in our reservation agreement form. In that case you need to pay a deposit, 20% out of total accommodation cost, and the rest amount can be paid as cash upon arrival or via a second bank transfer 1 month prior arrival.

We fully refund bookings that are cancelled 6 months prior arrival date. If a reservation get's cancelled by travel restrictions like covid-19 or similar reasons, we are happy to offer alternative dates or refund the deposit. Contact us for more information.

We have a 7 day minimum stay restriction for reservations made in high and peak seasons (around 15 June - 15 September). We accept 5 days minimum stay during low and off seasons (January to mid June, mid September to December). There is no maximum stay, but please keep in mind we rent the villas weekly. In some cases we make exceptions, so please feel free to get in touch with us

Yes, you can get full refund if your country get's banned from Greece. You can also transfer your booking to future dates. If you are able to travel, but alter your plans, we do not refund your reservation. If you feel you need more information, please ask us.

Please check here for more detail. In short, the stunning private beach of Ammoudi is accessible on foot. You need about 20-30 minutes to get down, and 20-30 minutes to get up, depending on your tempo. You will love this activity, it is truly rewarding!

Friendly advices before you go:

• Access the beach early in the morning when sun heat is still low.
• Always have water and a charged mobile phone with you.
• Wearing sneakers or hiking shoes is mandatory
• The way down is less exhausting but it is more difficult, because few parts are steep and slippery. There is no rush, take your time to enjoy your walk and take stunning pics.

The beautiful village of Vassiliki is about 8-10 minutes away (driving distance).

Pets not allowed in our properties. We love pets and we own a beautiful golden retriever (Scarlet!). We do make exceptions, but it needs to be discussed in advance. Feel free to contact us!

The closest airport is the one of Preveza/Aktion. It is 20 minutes away from Lefkada's main town and about 1 hour and 30 minutes away from the villas. Flights are not very often and they might be expensive, so we suggest also to look for flights via Ioannina International Airport (2 hours away from Lefkada town) or, preferably, via Athens International Airport (5 hours away from Lefkada town). Lefkada town is at the northeastern part of the island and our villas are south, so you will need an extra 35-45 minutes drive to reach our place from Lefkada town.
