CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES
Deposits and payments are non-refundable. In case a user/customer has a reason to cancel the order, please contact us via email and we will try to figure alternatives. If you are unable to travel due to country restrictions (such as covid-19 cases) you are able to transfer your booking for similar future dates (peak season to peak season).
